Heyrod Street – Summary of Proposals

What is private rented or ‘build-to-rent’?

‘Build-to-rent’ or private rented homes is a model where homes are purpose-built and typically for longer-term tenants.

Ownership is retained by a single building owner, in this case, Packaged Living.

The success of the model relies on tenants wanting to stay long-term and therefore building a strong sense of community. To ensure its success it is particularly important that a high-quality living environment is provided.

Our Heyrod Street proposal has been designed specifically for long-term rental. A range of amenities and services will be on hand for residents, including flexible leasing arrangements, on site property managers and a variety amenity spaces such as resident lounges, gyms, and external roof terraces.
