Welcome to the Heyrod Street public consultation website. 

Packaged Living is bringing forward proposals for approximately 350 high-quality, private homes to rent.  The development will have an active ground floor with multiple commercial uses including shops, restaurants and services.

The purpose of this public consultation website is to provide information about the proposals, seek your feedback and allow you to register to attend a digital drop-in session so you can ask any questions.

Where is the site – The Heyrod St site

The Heyrod St site forms part of the Portugal Street East Regeneration area.  This neighbourhood, which already includes two exciting schemes including The Fairfax and Leonardo Hotel– is collectively known as Piccadilly East.
